Entry is open to all sailors who are financial members of a State (QIODA, NSWIODA etc.) or National International Optimist Dinghy Association and members of a club affiliated with Australian Sailing or another World Sailing Member National Authority.

A regatta shirt is included for all participants. Note that due to order lead times with the shirt supplier, only registrations completed before 14th November 2025 can be assured a shirt be delivered at the regatta. Later registrations will still be provided with a shirt but it may be delivered following the event. Accordingly, registration before 14th November is recommended.

Competitors are required to submit as part of online registration:

• Regatta shirt size (as applicable)
• Completed "QIODA Optimist Dinghy Safety Check List" (or present in-person at regatta registration)
• Current Insurance Certificate

Open and Intermediate Competitors should also submit:

• Registration book (or present in person at regatta registration)

Registrations close 30th November 2025. Late registrations after 30th November 2025 will be accepted, however, a late fee of $50 will apply.
